'The New Drug Talk' Screening and Narcan Training | July 29th

  • Bon Air United Methodist Church 1645 Buford Road Richmond, VA, 23235 United States (map)

Date & Time: July 29th, 6:30–8:00 pm

Location: Bon Air United Methodist Church

SAFE and the Bon Air Interfaith Trialogue cordially invite you to a special screening of 'The New Drug Talk', a powerful film designed to equip parents and caregivers with accurate information about fentanyl and its impact on today’s drug landscape. This film highlights the dangers of self-medication and casual drug use in the fentanyl era while encouraging healthier coping strategies for stress and mental health challenges.

Following the screening, SAFE staff will lead a Narcan training for all attendees. Narcan is the only effective response to an overdose caused by an opioid like fentanyl.

Important Notice: Please enter through the gym entrance of the building (located on the side facing Vietor St.).

Please contact cunningham@chesterfieldsafe.org with any questions. We look forward to welcoming you to this special event!
