We are asking individuals between the ages of 18-25 years to share their opinions about alcohol, prescription drug misuse and heroin use. The survey will also evaluate the change in drinking behaviors and patterns after the viewing of the SAFE Roadways in Chesterfield County media campaign “#HoldtheKeys”. This survey is completely anonymous, and will be used to help inform prevention efforts in our community. The survey is 35 questions long and it should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

At the end of the survey (both English and Spanish surveys), participants will be able to enter a drawing for one of three prize packs, all of which include Chick-fil-A gift cards, wireless speakers, pool floaties, yard games, assorted other fun and outdoor items and gift certificates for a dozen Sugar Shack donuts, rock climbing, laser tag and ice skating. Three random winners per survey will be chosen and announced by August 31st. They will be announced via Facebook and altered individually via the provided email address.

SAFE is proud to announce the 3rd cycle of our drinking and driving prevention campaign. In partnership with DMV and the National Highway Safety Office, SAFE will begin airing the ‪#‎HoldTheKeys‬ commercial December 21, 2015  throughout September 2016! This is going to be a social media driven campaign so we will need your help on getting the message out there!
