  • You (or your friend’s) parents
  • A school counselor or school nurse
  • A trusted adult (teacher, coach, relative, someone from your religious community)
  • A counselor with Chesterfield County Adolescent Substance Abuse Services (768-7203)
  • Someone from Alcoholics Anonymous (355-1212) or Al-Anon (353-4885)
